Private yoga therapy offers individualized, one-on-one support for your physical health, emotional well-being, and overall quality of life. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs, goals, and life stage, using movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and relaxation practices.
Yoga therapy can help reduce pain and tension, support recovery and optimal aging, improve balance and mobility, and ease stress, anxiety, and sleep challenges. Sessions move at your pace and are appropriate for all bodies and all levels of experience. No prior yoga experience is required.

Free initial consultation (20 minutes)
Initial session (90 minutes): $125
One hour session: $100
Multi-session packs: four sessions for $350
Sliding payment scale is available for clients in need of a reduced rate.
